USAID Financial Sector Development Project (FINREP) is seeking a Senior Communications and Public Outreach professional to provide professional advice and support for the Project’s counterpart – the National Bank of Ukraine. He/she will assist the NBU Directorate for Information and Public Relations develop and refine the NBU Communications Strategy.

The successful candidate should be a public relations professional and a marketing specialist, have a solid background in economics/finance, possess excellent writing skills in Ukrainian, and have prior work experience in developing a Communications Strategy.

      Tasks:

• Review the results of the NBU Attitude Surveys conducted by the Center of Social Expertise of the Institute of Sociology of National Ukrainian Academy of Sciences;
• Provide recommendations to the Communications Strategy based on the survey results;
• Participate in the development of the draft Communications Strategy and assist in the development of its final version, recommend on-going revisions to ensure relevance;
• Identify key aims, targeted audiences, recommend effective instruments and channels of communications.
